1. Who we are

MyCarNoise is an online service operated from Bulgaria (European Union). You can reach us at any time through the contact form on this website.

2. What MyCarNoise does

You choose your car, tell us which part of the car seems affected and describe the problem in your own words. An artificial-intelligence (AI) system then asks a few follow-up questions and returns a list of probable causes, typical workshop costs and what a mechanic is likely to check.

All results are generated automatically by an AI system. They are general information to help you talk to a mechanic. They are not a professional inspection, a repair instruction or a guarantee of any kind.

3. Important: limits of the results

Please keep the following in mind every time you use MyCarNoise:

• The AI cannot see, hear or test your car. It only knows what you tell it, so results can be incomplete or wrong.
• Always have a qualified mechanic confirm the cause before any repair or purchase of parts.
• Costs are rough indications for independent workshops and can differ a lot by country, workshop, parts and the real condition of the car.
• The list of known faults for each model is a starting point drafted with the help of AI and is still being checked.

4. Safety

If MyCarNoise shows a "Do not drive" warning or a safety note, take it seriously. These warnings are precautions, not a diagnosis. Equally, the absence of a warning does not mean that your car is safe to drive.

If you notice smoke, fire, a burning or fuel smell, failing brakes or steering, or anything else that makes you feel unsafe, stop the car where it is safe to do so and get help. In an emergency in the EU, call 112.

5. Using the website fairly

MyCarNoise is free to use. To keep it free and available for everyone, the number of AI checks is limited (currently 3 per device per day) and we use an automatic "I'm human" check. You agree not to:

• use robots, scripts or other automated means to access the website or to collect its content;
• try to get around the daily limits, the bot check or other security measures;
• enter unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or content that infringes other people's rights;
• use the website in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt it.

6. What you enter

You are responsible for what you type into the website. Please describe the car problem only. Do not enter names, phone numbers, number plates, VIN numbers or other personal details in the description.

We store your case (car details, description, answers and result) to show you the result, to protect the service from abuse and to improve it. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising and links

The website may show advertising and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or services of other websites or advertisers.

8. Intellectual property

The website, its design, texts and vehicle catalogue belong to MyCarNoise or its licensors. You may use the results for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying or reusing the website or its data in bulk is not allowed without our written permission.

9. Liability

We provide MyCarNoise free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make, repairs you carry out or costs you incur on the basis of the results, or for the website being temporarily unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Changes to the service and to these terms

We may change, add or remove features, or suspend the service, at any time. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Before going to court, please contact us: most questions can be solved quickly.
